My Charvacaster with a Dimebucker

Re: My Charvacaster with a Dimebucker

You are correct; it has no fine tuners. I'm rough on the whammy too, but it stays in tune perfectly. The Original Floyd had different tuners and a nut on the string lock screws and I'm always looking for one of those. I got this one off an old Kramer.

Re: My Charvacaster with a Dimebucker

Actually I do!!!

It's the Frankenstrat minus the wear and in a color I LOVE (not much of a fan of red while I love blue and purple :D...)

I WANNA!!!

Re: My Charvacaster with a Dimebucker

ELVH, Inc. Actually has the blue protected because of Wolfgangs Bass, but Purple is doable. I got another color in mind too, but I'd have to PM it to you along with the name of the guitar because I have to be the first one to do it and someone else might jump on it.

Had to swap out the Floyd.

Looking good :D
Man, there's just something magical about a non-recessed Floyd.
I SO want one! (my only Floyd guitar is recessed-full floating)
i think i like this more then the red one as well... pretty cool axe....
Yep, I really like this "Dodge Viper Blue" color A LOT!
And it just looks so cool with the black and white stripes!!!

I'll be extremely interested in seeing what the next kick-ass project of yours is gonna look like :)

Re: My Charvacaster with a Dimebucker

I'm really happy with this guitar! It sounds great with high gain and it cleans up well too. I used a Gibson 500k Volume Pot and I don;t know how much difference pots really make, but I like to think some.
