Since this was an ebay purchase I would open a case and get a refund. The seller is liable for anything damaged through shipping and ebay will send you a label to ship it back at their expense. I dealt with the same thing before. Not as badly damaged as your jsx but still the head box was cracked and ebay buyer protection took care of me.

Man just read this again and it breaks my heart.
So whats going on with it? I didn't hear does it still work correctly? I honestly think getting a new cabinet for it is the way to go unless you get your money back and buy another one.
The heads to good to let it die.
