I play a dethklok riff 4 times, each time adding a new pedal:
1- Guitar (ltd viper 300 emg 81)/Amp (peavey xxx)
2- Guitar/Amp+MXR 6 band eq
3- Guitar/Amp+MXR 6 band eq+Boss SD-1
4- Guitar/Amp+MXR 6 band eq+Boss SD-1+BBE Sonic Stomp
I love clips 1-3. The BBE sonic stomp, however, might not be dialed in right. I have both knobs around 11:00. I'm thinking about selling the pedal. I always thought it sounds great, but it doesn't record all that well. I might not need that additional clarity, I'm sure I can achieve it with eq settings and what not. Let me know what you think.
