hi,by the end of the week in gonna record in a professional studio a demo, and i would lke to upload the songs on the forum, for suggestions, could someone tell how can i do this, as im not a computer type-guy

A lot of us use Soundclick.com: http://www.soundclick.com/

It is a free site, it is fairly simple, and it is a great way post some of your tunes. Your music will need to be saved in MP3 format. You go to Soundclick, create an account, and follow the instructions for uploading songs. Feel free to ask for help.
