I have 2 of the 100 watt versions, with JJ E34L tubes. one is a combo and one is the head version. The cleaner channel lacks some grit even turned up, nothing a SD-1 or tubescreamer can't fix. The gain channel has all the gain you could want, I run it against my Carvin V3 or my Bogner exstasy red pedal and it takes them on. I usually use mine on the 50 watts setting and 16 ohm to bring down the volume and up the saturation. I did have to change the resistors on the tube grid so it wouldn't burn a tube when run hot. I really want to play with 6CA7's or KT77's in mine too. I got JJ 803s gold pin 12AX7's waiting first though.
I also have 3 2x12 gflex cabs and a 4x12 one as well. One 2x12 is loaded with EV12L's and really kills for tight bottom end punch.
great amps and great cabs, fender now owns them, but isn't making any currently as the demand was down.
