This is going to be hard. At 13:28 you get about 12 seconds of audio at the end of the news story. The tune itself goes for about 5 mins, and I've heard it in heaps of different places, and I had it on cassette many years ago.

I really want to find out the name of this tune and get it back

That was my crappy, half-asleep, no warm-up playing, but thanks anyway LOL If you (or anyone) finds the name of that tune, please message me, I've been looking for it for about 10 years now.
