Neck pickup for maple body

I just picked up a used G&L Superhawk (Jerry cantrell model hardtail). It came with a JB in the bridge and I want to upgrade the neck PU. The guitar has a maple body, maple neck/ ebony fingerboard. The JB sounds super-hot in the maple body. I can totally get my Lynch on! The neck PU is totally lacking though. It sounds weak and not dynamic in the least. What's a good neck pup that's full and dynamic with lots of harmonics- maybe something that has a rounder sone, so I can blend it with my bridge pickup? I'm also curious about trying a P90 (humbucker sized). Would a Phat Cat of Dream 90 get me what I'm looking for? any help would be great.

Nice guitar man! I really like the Alnico II Pro neck humbucker when I'm looking for a rounder tone for blending with a hot bridge pickup in a brighter instrument. I also really love the WLH neck humbucker even more than the A2P for the neck position but it is about $20 more than the A2P. I am sure a 59 would be a solid choice too.

I have the 59' in my SG. Its a good compliment to the CC that I have in the bridge. For the G&L, I'm not sure a 59 is what I want. Getting something with an A2 might do the trick though.
