Neck pickup in the middle...

I'm checking out an ESP SC-200, and so far really like it. I've got mixed feelings about the pickup placement, though. It looks cool having 2 humbuckers right next to each other, but I can't decide if its something I like now, but will think is stupid later. Any thoughts?

Sorry. I meant will I like how it sounds later on. I'm pretty bad about hooking up all sorts of bull$hit, like coil-splitters, etc, loving it when I first do it, then never using it again. The problem is, I do currently like the middle-hum tone, but I don't know if its one of those things that falls into the above mentioned catergory.

As far as the looks go, its more than a little important, as I'm on the bridge pup probably 95% of the time, anyway

i played the sc-100 and i'm not comfortable with it.

1st the pup placing. i cant see the point of having a bridge/middle placing (and with that two same pups on it..
2nd is the switch .. i dont like it back there.

but the black gloss finish was pretty lol

The stock pickups are the HB-102 set. Its a knockoff of the JB/Jazz combo.
