Need a tip for aging my PU cover

hey I took a tip from lew for aging my HB cover by sanding it and this worked well but I need to know of a household substance that will further dullen it. The cover I have on the neck PU is an actual old cover that has been aged naturally. I heard white vinegar works well but I don't have any. Any suggestions?

Piss on it, I forgot to update about this, but I pissed on a bucker cover, and it worked good.

what were the effects of it...I know piss is acidic so... just piss on it, leave it for a couple hours then wash it with soap? or should I soak it in piss...ewwwww

This works for me...only takes a few minutes too. About 5 bucks more than piss though. :13:

And I've spent a good deal of time making my guitars stay like new. Who woulda thunk it...
