Old Traynor heads, old Carlsbro TR60 heads, Selmer Treble & Bass heads and Selmer combo's.
Lots of good stuff from back then.
Or sniff up some early seventies Parks.....

I got 2 of the 3 the Cbro while nearly impossible to find in the states and my Traynor Bassmaster are freaking spectacular. Spend two to 300 on a Traynor Bassmaster and 10.00 bucks ( to do it yourself) or 60 or so for a tech to convert it to plexi specs and you will be a happy man. Those amps are Plexi clones with a few easy changes, they are perhaps the most reliable line of amps made. I played a gig a couple weeks back with the Bassmaster and folks were loving the tones.

I am searching for a Selmer TnB, I just plugged into one last week and really dug it but my bucks are a bit tight right now. I hope to get one in the next several months.....

Re: NEED best value vintage style tube amp

Fender Hot Rod Deluxe, it's only 40 watts but it's loudest 40 watter you will ever play through. Awesome clean channel, drive channel is great for blues/southern rock a la Lynyrd Skynyrd. If you want metal distortion then run you fav pedal through the clean channel and you will be pleasantly surprised IMO. :smoker:
