Need Gibson bell shape truss rod cover dimensions

It's for an image that I'm working on.
I found the schematic for the headstock, but I haven't had a lot of luck locating dimensions for the truss cover. (Did find a few places that do some pretty cool custom covers though.)

Anyway if someone cold either post a link to a site that has the dimensions or be willing to say what the distance is between the two screw centres I can figure it out from there.

My 2004 Gibson Les Paul = 2-1/16" from center to center of the two screw holes. I also have '68 and '83 Gibsons I can measure if you'd like.

I'm using a current chart for the headstock, (why it doesn't show the screwhole placement for the cover is beyond me) so that's exactly what I need.

Heh, I've got the original off my 03 SG, if you need a template I'll send it to you. The screw hole toward the nut is broken out, but it would work for your purpose. Let me know I you need it.
