Need help deciding on the 5150 EL34

Hey guys. I'm in a little bit of a bind. I'm personally, not a very patient person. I'm doing my best to hold off but damn, that EVH 5150 100el34.
Been trying to play one at a store but haven't found any. So at the moment I'm just looking at reviews, and "meh" videos.

My Peavey XXX has pretty much bitten the dust at this point and I'm looking to replace with a major step up.

I've played the 5150iii, and really enjoyed it. I love the modern gain tone. Just a bit too bright for me.
The stealth looks and sounds amazing, and again, just a smidge to bright for me. Can any attest to the el34 model being a bit more mid and low ended without going overboard? I'd still like some of that modern American tone snuck in there.

6ca7s will give a bit more bottom than regular el34s.
The other more important part of the equations is the choice of speakers and cab. What have you tried so far?

I've tried the 5150iii 50w with the evh 2x12. I've tried the 100s, and I have a Mesa boogie 4x12 with V30's.

I'm not looking for a ton more bottom end. Just that little bit more to punch palm mutes

6ca7s will give a bit more heft because they have a bigger bottle and more headroom than el34s.
For speakers check out some swamp things. Maybe run a pair of them in an x pattern with your v30s (v30s are pretty cutting speakers under high gain and not renowned for huge low end). If you prefer celestion, then g12k100s, but swamp things are pretty damn huge sounding and hard to beat.
