Need help picking out a speaker

Hey guys, I'm thinking of replacing a speaker/speakers in one of my cabs. Here's what I have, a Marshall JTM 45 head, which I sometimes run through my 2x12 cab loaded with vintage 30's, or it's ran through a 4x12 cab loaded with greenbacks. I like different things about each speaker so I was thinking about either putting a greenback in the 2x12 (with the v30) or a g12h30 with the v30. What would be the best overall sound and why? BTW I play a Les Paul with a JB in the bridge and I play in a cover band that plays EVERYTHING. Give me some suggestions.

I would say either a V30 and a G12h30 OR a G12h30 and a greenback. Maybe try a CL 80 and a V30 or G12h30?

If you have the money, highly recommend any heritage speakers. They sound amazing witht the jtms
