Need Help setting action

I got my guitar back from the shop and asked him to set the action as low as humanly possible but i think its too low lol:laugh2: , well it feels amazing but when I get to the high frets its buzzing a little bit, now my question is....are the strings suppose to buzz at all when im at the high frets at all or is it suppose to be NO BUZZ ALL THE TIME??????:yell:

PS: when i hit the open strings it doesnt buzz at all

It's more of a preference thing, and also your playing style. If the buzzing is affecting your playing and tone, then it's too low. If you're fretting out while bending, then you should raise the action a little bit.

But I'd say, more importantly, is whether the buzzing affects anything when you're plugged in.
