Need help wiring a SH-13 Dimebucker

Hey I need the wiring diagram to wire the SH 13 Dimebucker to my Jackson (concept JDR94)? I cant find anything on the SD website....any help??? 1volume 1 tone with 5way switch with a humbucker, single coil, humbucker

I assume you want splitting in the 2 and 4 positions??
