My son owns an ESP F-50 and I bought him a 59 neck and SH-4 bridge humbucker for Christmas. I thought I had the wiring figured out through the wiring utility by selecting 2 humbuckers, one volume, one tone, 3 toggle switch, but then I opened the neck humbucker and saw only one coax wire! For the bridge my intention was to wire the red and white together and tape them off, wire the black to where the red wire is connected in the picture below, and then wire the green and bare wires to the opposite side of the switch. Do I simply wire the black center wire to the switch where the white wire is connected in the picture below, and then the coax shielding to the same opposite side of the switch?
For reference, the bridge HB is the wire with the red shield and the neck HB is the wire with the white shield in my photo below. The other picture is of the new HB'a showing the five wire configuration on the bridge HB, and coax on the neck HB.
