Need some wiring help

I am rebuilding a Robin medley with the following, Screamin Demon at the bridge, Fender noiseless singlecoil at the neck, 3 way Tele switch and 1 volume...I could not find a diagram for this specific setup..so I winged it...
Now I get a loud hum as I turn up on either pickup...probably grounding...can anyone send me a diagram on how to properly wire this? thanks.

This wiring did not work the way it's drawn....to get the Humbucker to work I had to solder it to "C" on the switch....did I mess up again or is the diagram wrong?
