Need urgent help wiring!

Hi guys, I'm in the process of wiring up my bass for a gig later, I have two SD MM humbuckers. I've got two on-on-on toggles, one for each. I want to wire up series/split/parallel for each so i followed the diagram on the site. However, the coil selected is the one closest the neck on both pickups, whereas I want the bridge side coil on the bridge pickup selected. I can't figure it out for the life of me, I tried switching the red/white and green/bare pairs, but it works exactly the same! Help a confused guy out? :)

After our discussion and lesson from Artie yesterday, I believe you will need to:

Swap the Red & Black, swap the Green & White, bare still to ground.

Re: Need urgent help wiring!

Oprah!!! :D

(I was thinking from the aspect of leaving the output and ground on the same pins, effectively putting the screw coil to output and stud coil on the ground side, then grounding out the stud coil. That would also work, right?)

Re: Need urgent help wiring!

My suggestion would be like Artie's diagram but with the ground staying on the same lug of the switch as in my link (the lower left lug), and the output on the lower right lug. That way when in split mode, the screw coil is totally grounded out.
