what kind of 5150 is that one of yours?
it´s different from the one i have
.
my settings are : Lead channel - bass on 4. middles on 4. highs on 6.
presence 5(or 0, i dídn´t see a lot of improvements with these two switches) and resonance on 2.
Pre gain on 5. Post Gain On 4,5.
I got a ****ing crunchy mids. unholy tight bass. solid and crucnhy at the same time. and Good mids. i guess i´ll have to smooth the highs a little..
Maybe yes, maybe not. need to play more leads.
there are 3 or 2 weeks that i didn´t play guitar
i m a bit rusted. ahahahahah

WFD, he put that tape over the logo, and its a bit beat compared to yours.
Also, bump that resonance up! To get some nice chug going on, you need that thing up! I have mine at 7.
Also, does anyone else notice that the presence knob doesn't do anything from 0-7, and then from 8-10 it gets insanely buzzy, insanely fast?

WFD, it's the first run where the logo was "blockletter" EVH. Your's is the "signature" EVH. Yeah, it's seen a bit of use over time, haha.
I used my new Sony H1 camera. It's TOTALLY sweet! SLR style, pretty small, and 12x optical zoom. It's amazing

I'd say 0-5 it doesn't do much at all. 8-9 is a huge jump.
