It's pretty much a universal guitar forum doctrine that if anybody says the word "new" in conduction with any piece of gear (pedals and pickups excluded). Pics must be posted, or said piece of gear has no existence in time or space.

Too bad around here it isnt really followed you can find multiple posts on the first page by even long time members where pics arent supplied.
The whole pics or it didnt happen thing gets kinda tiring.

I have that exact guitar and also didn't like the 81 in the bridge.
Too thin and "spiky" upper mids.
I changed to a duncan custom custom and now it sounds amazing.
Perfect pickup for the guitar.
You will need to get a new volume pot and can wire the TRS jack for passive or get a new input jack.
Mine had the bridge earth wire installed but the end was taped so you should be ok.
Fair play to ESP for putting the earth wire in even though it isn't needed for the factory shipped pickup.
