I'll pass. I like my frets the way I like my women..fat and big ass.
Also, can you turn up the bass on your mixes ? I have a subwoofer on my computer system and it aint even kicking in..it sounds great, just lack of bottom end.

Not a fan of teh knobs either,but that's an easy remedy,too...

There's plenty of bass in it. You just can't tell. You've got to realize that that's not being professionally recorded. That's being recorded by a $29 Alesis VideoTrack aimed at my cabinet from 10 feet away.

I sat here for a couple of minutes trying to figure out what in the hell you were talking about, but I finally figured it out. no, there's not enough to lead to spin the toggle switch and turn it upside down. It doesn't bother me, but it is kind of weird. If I decide to make it "normal", I don't think it will be much of a problem.

Well since the vid isn't important scoot that puppy up to about 5 feet. It will sound much better with less room coloration.

You know, I haven't even thought anything about them being stainless steel until I read your post. Apparantly they seem normal to me...lol

is it true that the SS frets will NEVER wear out? so once you set em in, you'll never have any buzzing frets again from them getting low.....

I am blown away by them. They can take all kinds of gain, yet they remain very clear sounding. They're very even sounding pickups. No certain type frequency jumps out or anything. They're perfect pickups for downtuned metal.

I honestly cannot believe how great this guitar sounds. I am absolutely blown away by it. I've been playing it pretty much non stop since it got here at noon. What trips me out is that I've already played it so much that you can see where all I've been playing on the fretboard.
