New Explorer type guitar build for ppm 2014

[Metalcaster]

first we got this
it is a guitar for a big indoor Metalfestival here in Belgium
its a combination between explorer/snakebite and a Destroyer




And now it is painted just the way they wanted it
i gonna make a little relic on top of the guitar so you can see the steel parts

That is amazing...you make incredible guitars my friend and I commend you for your efforts. I really love the relicing part of the guitar. I customize guitars myself and I've reliced the chrome covers on my Gibson SG. Can you post some more close-up shots when you can? It's hard to see the true beauty of your work with only a couple of photos.

That's a great colour! It's like a metallic rusty primer red or something. I can see some uneven texture happening which I really like. Once you get all the hardware including the pickups and everything on, your guitar is going to look super killer. You have some excellent pictures and I'm literally speechless. That guitar is a work of art and whoever gets to own it in the future, I will envy them until the end of time.:firedevil How do these guitars sound unplugged? The body is hollow so I assume they are pretty resonant like those Dobro steel guitars. I bet your guitars sound just as good as they look. Thanks for posting some eye candy. I can't wait to check out your other projects.:headbang:
