Good to know... Seemed okay when you first bought the guitar?
Was wondering what effect either jumbo frets or scalloped fret board (or both) have on chording and playing rhythm?

I had a neck blackmore scalloped (I have photos in newer threads) and put in big frets at the same time. The refret wasn't great either.

I have always loved Ritchie's playing (tied for second with Randy Rhoads and behind Steve Howe). But over the years this tone has grown on me so I looked this site up and found out about his gear over the years:
