I just got home... with more than what I left with!
I got there, the guy had the guitar (Hohner G3T Headless) and was trying to get the amp to work.
The guitar is great, lots of dings, and the fretboard, looks more like a "crapboard", but nothing lemon oil can't fix. Amazing neck, haven't tried it on my amps, just on the smokey amp, so I can' really judge that.
But it's a great travel guitar, so small I can take it anywhere.
Now, on to the amp...It's just like my other Princeton Reverb, so around 77, 78. Didn't work, made some crackling noises, all the tubes light it... I have a friend who'll get it fixed for the price of parts alone.
He GAVE the amp to me, and said "See if you can get it fixed and invite me for the first gig you do with it"
And I also found an old Ernie Ball volume pedal that I got in the deal.
All this for 100€
And my bandmate got a really old portuguese guitar (these are really expensive) for 30€, mint condition!
