New Guitar Day: Agile Gutiar and S.D. pickup content

I wasn't planning on getting another guitar (has to be a lie, right?) However, I had been wanting a Les Paul style guitar with P-90's in it. I can't afford anything close to a Gibson, and I didn't like that Epiphone only has the 56 LP in Gold or Black. A few people on this forum and the Dean forum said to check out Agile guitars, so I did.

It turns out they had one I couldn't resist. It is mostly mahogany with a flame veneer, but has a surprising ebony (of some kind) fretboard. I had a pair of Seymour Duncan pickups for years. (Yes, really.) I have a SP-90-2 for the neck, and a SP-90-3 for the bridge. So I set the guitar up to my liking and installed the pickups.

Needless to say, I love it. I won't write a huge essay on this guitar, but if you have any questions feel free to ask. I will leave you with pictures, cause, no pics = it didn't happen.

Agile does make some killer LPs. That fretboard is ebony with abalone inlays. I'd put them at the halfway point between Epiphone and Gibson.

Wowe - awesome axe. I'd rock it. Hard!

Everyone needs a P90 axe. They just don't know it. Color is fantastic.

I have a Custom-3 in the bridge of my studio. It is just pure RAWK.

Beautiful! Recently snagged an Agile myself. Amazing guitars for the money. Even if you leave off the "for the money" part.
