I've always wanted to try out a few of the Xaviere models but I just never have, I just looked on there sight and new for this year they have an...

I'm really curious of how these guitars play for the price! I might have to try one out...

the jr. is downright erotic. something about the sharper cutaway makes it look even better than the real thing, IMO

Nice! Cool to see they have a new headstock shape. Wasn't really a fan of the "cloud" one. But yeah, Xavieres seriously rock. I got a XV-870 in fiesta red with a maple fretboard a year ago and I'm still in love with it. I'd definitely like to try another model.

I dig the Special and the SG, but the Jr doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Maple and alder? I'd rather play an Esquire.

Ya thats one thing I really liked about these, I never cared for the other headstocks either.

they look great! I also hated the headstock they put on the LP/ES style guitars. I have one of their strats and love it. I recently tried one of their semi hollow teles but had to return it. the guitar was way too unbalanced and neck heavy but was otherwise great.

I'd have no reservations about picking up any one of these new models. GFS will take anything back for a full refund within 10 days and store credit up to 30 days

that SG is killer but i know nothing about the quality or the feel of Xaviere guitars, and how is it that they can copy the SG shape almost dead on yet the Agile version of the SG looks rounded and soft?

That is cool. Take a drum sander and give the headstock a little character, but otherwise, ready to go. String through body, single humbucker in the bridge (and it's one of my favorite GFS pickups already).... I can see me refinishing some of those...

A wait list for a $199 guitar? Sounds like somebody's leaving money on the table.

^ Alder body and a bolt-on maple neck? It's practically a Strat.

I don't think I'll ever buy a real cheapie again since I did a caveman fret end bevel job on the jagged fret edges of my Kitty strat.
