NEW NECKS have arrived!!! * Pics *

My two new Gajic Custom (http://www.gajicguitars.com/) necks arrived yesterday via DHL. As always, they were perfectly packed and arrived in mint condition. As always, the necks are gorgeously made!

I snapped a few pics here in my office, so you'll have to excuse the poor lighting and angles.

I will take some pics of the backs of the necks later today, and you can see the amazing job Laz did in matching the original Micro-Tilt adjustment on his replacement neck.

Nut: Floyd Rose locking

Pickups: Bare Knuckle Cold Sweat in the bridge, burnt chrome finish

Bare Knuckle Trilogy Suite in the neck.

how much did you pay for a custom neck?

Depends on materials used! I hate to quote out of turn, expect a neck like mine to run about 200 GBP.

If you look closely at the ebony, you can see that it's jet black!!
No streaks of any kind!!

The flame on the neck is just insane. I will try to get better pics, if possible, when time permits.

Killer necks! Killer axes, too. I love the spiderweb guard and I really want to see the snake one with those pickups in it.

the flame in the second neck is just killer real nice hunk of wood!! also as you said the jet black ebony is killer too! nice stuff!

oh, i have the perfect thing for you to use in the middle position on the snake since you aren't going to use a pickup. i have this cover below that you can just screw down with no pickup under it just to fill the space. if you need it send me a PM and i'll send it out to you.

Why'd you get new necks? I may have missed the thread where you annouced this, haha.

My Strat and Wayne necks are both great necks in their own right. However, I wanted to have all of my guitars to be universal in terms of playability. And the only way to do that is to have them all made to the same spec. Laz did a phenomenal job on my Kamikaze 4 neck. My goal with that guitar was to bring it as close as humanly possible to the original Kamikaze, with a J Frog neck. Once I got the neck on the guitar, I was hooked. I think I started discussing replacing the Wayne neck right away. It wasn't until Laz had started making the replacement for the Wayne that we began discussing doing something wild to the Strat.

I just noticed something on the members list! I think Laz is a member here! I see a Kammo1 on there and thats his name on the Kramer forum.

Yes, Laz is Kammo 1.
He lurks more than posts, but you can see him online from time to time.
It's a bit like snipe hunting!
