New Parts Day!!!

Before I even had my latest acquisition in my hands I ordered parts for a new build. Everything but the neck is new. The body is a Paulownia strat style with a "Dano Flake" Yellow finish. Kinda weird at first but it's growing on me. A black chrome trem and a black single hum pickguard. May actually send back the body as I don't really feel like I'm gelling with it like I'd like. there's some problems with it like a chunk of wood missing from the trem cavity that goes into the pickup rout. So it goes. Any ideas on pickups guys and gals?

Good news, Guitar Fetish is going to send a replacement body before they even have the faulty body back! Such a generous return policy. Good people they are!

Jay Abend is a good egg. GFS stuff might not be what everybody wants but they make some cool stuff.

Yeah I've had some good experiences with GFS.just the other day I recieved my order with a part missing and after emailing them, they shipped the missing part out immediately

Gfs may not sell the best quality parts, but they have great quality customer service.

They sending the same color, or a random selection?

Same color. I was going to go for a plain yellow body which is cheaper but they appeared to have sold out... :'(
