New Project Log: VanCar Trixie

VanCar Trixie: Lake placid blue Telecaster, Gibson vintage P90 in the neck, Seymour Duncan 1/4 pounder in the bridge, maple neck/ fretboard, Bigsby B5 on the tail, and finished with '64 aged white plastics.

This is what I have so far. Hopefully she will be all complete and set up in about 2 weeks.

I can't remember the name of the shop to tell you the truth. They are just a small shop online.

Sweet dude. Because of all people on this forum, I respect your opinion the most.

The way I am looking at Trixie compared to Betsy and Vera is- Trixie is like the trashy hot scene girl with dark hair and daddy issues aka the kinda girl I would most like to boink. Trixie is going to encapsulate all the things I want in a guitar (Bigsby, P90, Tele, Etc).

back on topic. I like that color choice with the maple fretboard. Neck plate is rad.

Yeah. Lots of glare in the pictures and a ton of reflections. In summary- I need a new camera.

chromes gonna look sick!!

I'd make it relic'd and used aged nickel or gold hardware. I just love aged hardware. Idk but I do.

I think I am probably 1 week out on having it done. I have to have the headstock engraved with my design and waiting on a control plate. Almost there.
