If it had 22 frets it could easily hurt gibson sales.
Guys that are after a vintage tone would probably not buy it,but metalheads that like singlecut guitars surely would.I have to disagree here. For the most part, these appeal to an entirely different market than most Gibson offerings.

Not a fan personally. The non-cutaway side looks swollen, and the cutaway horn is a little too "curled in" for my liking, like an old flamenco acoustic or something. Nice to see Schecter trying to branch out though.
I'm really sick of the cheesy abalone purfling they've been putting on all those Asian imports for the last few years.
The more i look at it the more it looks to swollen to me also.
