Yes, he does every voice and instrument himself.
I've heard him do some of the crazier voices in the background in person before.
He records all of his stuff with a stock Epi Les Paul custom silverburst, a moderately simple Pearl drum set, a cheap mic, his Macbook pro, and GarageBand. Oh, and a cheap Fender SS amp with a Boss DS-1 in the front.
