This was just first results of some Research&Development projects. Rest will come in time. Other colors and other finish options like polyurethane or polyester types etc.

Bowling Ball strtas, yep! But they had swirl finishes by Darren Johansen who made swirl finishes on Ibanez UV77MCs, Jem77GMCs, Jem77PMCs etc.

Planetistic approach noted. Moreover i really like the idea. This method can be known as "planeterium finish" and according to the color theme we can call as you say "earth" for blue theme, "jubiter" for red etc.

What about "Ozone Hole" or "Ionosphere". If you do it with more orange/yellow/reddish, you can call it Solar Storm too!
