New Guitar (I Wish) Day...

My mate just left this round with me for the weekend, along with a Gibson acoustic he's just acquired.



I have just been having some very nice Incubus inspired 'Morning View' moments with it. He may have some difficulty getting this one back...

I understand completely and I know I'm in a very privileged position to own what I do. That said, the SE Korina gets played more than any of them.

I thought he was collecting it today, but he popped round, tinkered with my pedalboard for a while, made pleased noises about the truss-rod tweak I made, picked up the Gibson and left. So I still have it for at least the weekend. He also asked whether I want to buy it. Oh f'... He wants £2.5k for it.

I miss my old PRS Hollowbody Spruce. That thing played pretty effortlessly and was built well not to mention looked pretty sexy as well (mine was a Goldtop). It sounded weak next to the ES-335 I sold it for though. As with anything, I'm sure there are some that sound amazing, but you definitely have to run the racks for 'em.
