NGD Daemoness Atlantean

Here is a cool and somewhat impulse purchase, long story short I was planning on selling a few guitars and never really had any incentive to do so, then I see this bad boy pop up for up under £1k which is a crazy good price for a made in UK, Boutique guitar with Schaller and Hipshot hardware.
Made in 2010 ish
Specs:
Ash Body.
3pc Flame Maple Neck.
Walnut centre layer
Burl/Flame hybrid top
Schaller Floyd Rose
Hipshot Open Gear tuners
Ebony Fingerboard
Not sure on the pickups but from the previous listing the last two owners agreed they were BareKnuckle but not sure on the specific model.

Re: NGD Daemoness Atlantean

Is the lubrication different and is there certain maintenance for the exposed machine head tuners?

Re: NGD Daemoness Atlantean

Nice neck, but scarfing a quartersawn headstock sure looks unusual...

expected something a lil' less BBW from a name like Daemoness though

Re: NGD Daemoness Atlantean

It has received a few love marks and scraps over the years but considering its a UK handmade guitar with high quality components and it’s almost a third of the price a new custom from Dylan would be I can definitely live with them

Re: NGD Daemoness Atlantean

you don't need to clean & lube Hipshot tuners. they're made in such a way, with different metals rubbing on each other (I believe brass versus steel), which were tempered in an oil bath and not water, that they don't need that.
