NGD...Heritage ACE 150

This was in the basement of goods from which the HUGE GEAR SALE originated.


Its a 1995 H 150 CM. I took it to Pete Moreno and had him route a middle hum bucker in it. I had to mod the pickguard for the 3rd pickup.


It already had a set of DiMarzio PAFs in it and I added a SD JB in the bridge. The way I wired it, is so that it has 3 volumes and 1 tone....but the middle pickup can be added to any combination on the toggle. so you can do:


bridge

bridge/neck

neck

bridge/middle

neck/middle

bridge/middle/neck

middle


its really easy to wire and no push/pulls are needed.


I really wanted to do double creams and cream rings, but I already had 2 black pickups and didn't feel like buying $300 worth of pickups just for a cosmetic change.


It has a 1 piece body, rosewood board, mahogany neck, grover tuners, tone pros locking hardware and OHSC.

That one looks very much like my 94/95 150CM clownburst did.

Minus that third pickup.

Very cool. I think the black pickups and rings look great with the cherry sunburst top.

Well, if you want to go cream, why not post around and see if people want to trade? I mean, black for cream straight up might be a long stretch (most people I know wouldn't trade) but maybe you could put some bucks on your end and spend WAY less than $300.
