NGD: My duosonic will gather dust

Just received a guitar I wanted for a long time, a g&l away special tribute. Even with old strings it plays and sounds awesome!

More on it tomorrow because I have been playing way too long, but what an awesome guitar!

Love G&Ls but also love my Mustang. Both have their place :)

Those are MFD ceramic singles; pretty impressive pickups.

If I ever got a custom shop pickup it would be something like an Antiquity Duo Sonic humbucker to go with the Ant Duo Sonic neck single coil.

Those pickups are awesome!

Fun fact: I play a lot of Rocksmith by which you connect your guitar with a jack to USB cable. It seems to me that the game tracks the g&l noticeably better than the fender. Might be running or intonation, though I doubt it because the g&l came with old worn out lighter strings so .

I'd guess more precise intonation from the G&L's longer scale length.
