I posted a NGD thread a while ago but didn't have any pics then and promised to deliver some. It's been crazy the last weeks but today was finally calm and sunny so I got a couple of pics. Sorry for the cell phone quality and the mug.

Thanks for all the kind words.

It plays as well as it looks.

I've been thinking about the pickups. I like them a lot but I'm wondering if it would sound even better with different ones. Maybe a Custom/PG set, or both PGs, or Super Distortion/PAF. Decisions, decisions. Luckily I come upon used gold covered pickups so rarely that I'm in no hurry.

I have been GASing really hard at a Les Paul in Wine Red. They are just sexaaaay!

There's no flame on it, it has a mahogany top. The terrace roof reflects on the body.

Looks great....had a Tokai LP in the same colour in the 90's as well...mine did have a flamed mapletop though.
Had a Jazz and an AP-2 in that one.

Looks like a Les Paul to me. It's just not a Gibson.

In some ways it's more of a Les Paul than most modern Gibsons. It doesn't have chambering, for example.
