I've always wanted a purple guitar, and since I sold my green HSS earlier, I thought it was time for me to order a new HSS in purple

This time, the specs are
- Body: chambered ash with maple top
- Neck: quartersawn maple ('57 Fender soft V profile) w/ Luminlay side dots
- Bridge: Gotoh 510 with brass saddles
- Frets: 22 Jescar Stainless (58118/Super Jumbo)
- Pickups: custom 6.5k formvar single coils, Seymour Duncan Custom Custom (TB11) bridge
I think this is the most well-balanced guitar I've ever played weight wise. The neck profile is comfortable without being too thin or too thick, the guitar is resonant and the neck itself is extremely stable
This is the first time I've played a Custom Custom through my own rig and I think it has become my favorite SD humbucker right now. It's thick, but tight in the bass and has a nice mid character. Surprisingly balances well with the single coils
