They are Infinity's. If I'm not mistaken Alnico...

I think they sound just fine in this axe...



Neck & bridge..

From what I can tell the bridge humbucker doubles as the (simulated) neck pup with the active preamp that's in there..

They do sound great in that guitar the clips are great. That is a great tone.

Thanks guys, it's got a nice warm, woody kind of tone (but not dark) that is pretty sweet. It also resonates nicely and feels "light in your hands/alive' when playing it...I love that in a guitar

(it's actually average weight ..maybe even on the heavy-ish side for an Ibanez..probably about 8-9 lbs if I were to guess)
