Does it sound like a telecaster without the bridge assembly? Every time I read about putting a tele bridge into a strat people say it won't sound right without all the metal surrounding it.

I'm no tele expert. Only played a few in my whole life. Let me just say it's got a fender sound but it doesn't sound like a strat.

I have the double cut w p90s. The bridge is about a 10" radius. Supposed to be 12, not a deal breaker. The bridge is seated too low in the body to change strings so either you have to remove the bridge to change strings, or sand out the rout. The nut was too low, so I had it replaced. My tech said it was plastic... Neck isn't perfectly straight but Ok enough. Haven't had much time to plug it in. Clean sounds are good traditional p90 sounds. The middle position, both pups on, sounds heavenly. Haven't cranked up the dirty sounds yet, so I can't give you anything there.

Seeing the title I kept thinking Slick50 that oil treatment stuff they used to have all those infomercials about.
