That's one GAS-worthy axe and an amazing looker for sure, congrats man!
And yeah, Wenge is a tad heavy on the low-mids which is why I love how it pairs up with an Ebony board. It also begs for a Maple top. I have it paired with a Limba body and personally I just love the results (although a Mahogany body would somewhat limit the EQ spike for those that wouldn't). It really seems to compliment high-gain pickups extremely well hence why it sounds so well with the Custom 5 (a Custom 8 might also be a good match, personally I had paired it with a Custom).
Plus it feels amazing raw, feels very fast.
However what you said about the saw dust reminds me of Padauk, hadn't heard it about Wenge. It does flake though, mine did for almost a year and a half before settling in.

Thanks again all! A few things I have found out: The Megaswitch does something weird with polarities. So I am sorting that out. Still deciding on the C5...it is so loud compared to the splits (although the split sound is nice). I may trade it out for a 59/Custom hybrid, which should still split nice, but not be so high-endy. The Stack and Five-Two sound wonderful.
I am also working out some bugs with the action, as the Graph-Tech nut is slotted, but not really set up. So within a month or so, it will sound and play as well as it looks.
