Nickel covers for SD pickups

I'm looking for some... I have many Epi covers but they don't fit.

Does anyone knows if StewMac covers fit SD pickups?

Where's the best place to buy them? Locally, noone close carries them. Very few Net stores advertise them either.

Does Black Rose or Lew carry them?

I'd buy them used if in great condition.

Someone told me Gibson covers fit Duncans. Not sure if it's true....

Allparts covers fit perfectly. $10. each for nickel. I have some if you need 'em. Lew
