hate to byrst your bubble there Homey ( does anyone say Homey anymore?), but the 2006 Vintage Guitar Price guide values your guitar at 1200.00 mint for all colors.
Usually you allow about 7% a year appreciation, however with the economy I think thats questionable, however I'll give it to you, especially since Les played one and he's gone, and since white might not be that common...so I'll allow you 33% over that 1200.00- whats that? It aint near what your asking. Sorry to be so blunt.

i dunno the formula. i just watch the comps on ebay and elsewhere. yeah, the obamany is doin' somersaults.......i'm in the katrina / BP mire, so i know it won't sell locally......this is the fun of speculation..........right?

anyway, that's where the OBO & trade offer part comes in..........plus, who wouldn't wanna show off such a piece....eh?

I will say that I've never seen a white one, either. Thought they were all brown! Right up my alley.

yeah...when Les passed, i watched one of those garden variety browns go over $6K........and i knew mine was not from da garden......

There is a white one that just sold on eBay for 1k and a brown one that sold for just over 1600.
