Can't ever have enough of these. Analog, Digital, Modulated, Tape Simulated, Programmable, Stereo, they are all awesome!
Today's grab was Tech 21 Boost DLA. No need to go over the details (see big @$$ picture), but for me the key features were:
1. Mix control for into the front of the amp (HATE Boss pedals into the front!)
2. Dotted 8ths
3. Boost is kinda cool to set for a lead boost plus lead delay
Fidelity is a Dark Analog to Crisp Digital dial
Tape Drift is a modulation that simulates, you guessed it, tape drift and flutter. Think Full Dark Analog and Maximum Tape Drift for cool wore out echoplex effects. Not that I care. But if I did...
Trails are nice bonus but again, not my thing. I'd leave it on all the time.
