I had four greenbacks I never used, so I traded them to someone for two hundred cash and two Splawn Small Block 55s. I put this Peavey Valveking I just got through them in my Earcandy Buzzbomb 2X12 and low and behold...the amp sounds better through this than my 4X12 with Made in England greenbacks. Who woulda thunk it. I'm not good at picking out midrange and stuff like that, but these speakers sound less middy and not quite as "high endy" as the greenies. Looking forward to putting the new Windsor through it, because that is one trebly amp.
