Ocean Bottom Custom Guitars...??

A really cool and good sounding Strat. The guy wants 300 for it. It's light and plays great. It's left handed and I'm right handed...looks just like a Hendrix guitar too. That creamy color with a beautiful maple neck. Question is, I've never heard of them. It says Made in USA on it. Didn't know if anyone here has ever heard of such a company. Thanks.

Never heard of them - most likely a small builder.

Never heard of them and can't find anything about them.

I definitely wouldn't buy it for resale, but it might be great as a regular player if it's built well...

Lol...weird. I've looked all over for them as well. Oh well...300 bucks isn't bad for a great looking, playing and sounding Strat that was custom made in the USA. Guess I'll take a chance.

That's rather pessimistic, but I have seen many times 'made in USA....assembled in Mexico', not on guitars though. It is probably made and assembled in the USA

I met the builder of this guitar this past week. I played several of his guitars and was impressed with their sound and how easy they are to play. In fact, I bought 2 of his guitars. If your strat sounds anything like the 2 I bought from him, I think you'll be very happy. It sounds like you decided to buy it. What did you think?
