Oddball sized magnet swap?

Any options for getting a replacement magnet that's .388" wide, .220" tall, and 2.37" long? I have a ceramic and want to try something in the Alnicos, the A4 has my attention with the way it's described as being more neutral.

I have some various magnets that are too wide, maybe they can just be ground down from .500 to .388"?

Grinding em may be your best bet. You could grind each side equally to keep the poles intact, or you could grind only 1 side and then remagnetize it. If you grind only 1 side and then don't remagnetize it, the poles might end up wonky.
