will this give me individual on/off switches for 2 humbuckers. each switch on a volume control, and coil splitting for both humbuckers on the tone control? I wired it the alternative way so that when one volume is on 0 for one pot and the other at 10 it wont short the grounds, did i do it right?

The volume pots and on/offs are right but the way you have that wired in the splits, the guitar will be split with the pot down. If that's what you want, then you are good to go.

Well . . . you're "sorta" good to go. I assume there's some reason you want to use push/pull pots instead of a normal 3-way switch, but keep in mind, you'll need two actions to switch from one pup to the other, (push one pot - pull the other), plus, if you ever make the mistake of pulling both out at the same time, you'll be "floating" the input to your amp.

If its up very loud, you'll probably get an ear-piercing hum or buzz out of it. You could resolve that issue by soldering a 1 - 10 meg resistor across the output jack, albiet at a very slight loss of volume.
