OLD JB pickups (JBJ sticker, Maricela Juarez wound)

I have two old Seymour Duncan JB humbuckers for sale. These are the ones with the "JBJ" sticker, meaning it's a JB wound by the legendary Maricela Juarez). Both pickups have the "Seymour Duncan Pickups" stamped logo on the baseplates, but DO NOT say "Made in America," which, according to my research, indicates they should be 1980's-vintage.

Many people swear the "Old" JB's sound better than the newer ones. I don't know that for sure. I have really tried to like the JB -- and I do like them to an extent -- but I always find myself coming back to the lower vintage-PAF style winds.

Both pups are virtually identical. DC resistance is 16.69 and 16.14 (at 64 degrees F). The leads are 5" and 6". The one with the 6" lead (16.14K) has a little corrosion on the bases of the legs. The boxes appear original. The 16.14K one currently has a roughcast A2 magnet in it, which toned it down for me a little bit, but I have plenty of other magnets available if you prefer (A4, polished A5, Un-Oriented A5).

$80 each shipped to the lower 48. Both for $145 shipped.

The 16.14K with 6" leads is SOLD!

The remaining one is interesting: it appears to have nice "L" tooling marks on the feet, just like the old real PAF's!
