Speaking of amps and ruin, does anybody else remember the video of the restoration done on that classic tube amp that had been butchered by some poor individual with misguided audiophile sensibilities? That's a good one for this thread.

I had one back when I was 14. The mids were too scooped, and the distortion sounded like a bag of bees. You have to change that speaker to get a good tone out of it. Also, if you clip C1 in the preamp, it cuts some of the highs and evens out the tone a little.

I traded mine for a Blue Voodoo.

Come to think of it, since getting that amp, I've been regular, no gas, no critters on my pool cover and the neighbors don't leave pet droppings in my yard waste bins.

Maybe Ace should buy one.

I had the 2x10 combo great tone but I stopped using it after I decapitated an audience member with an airborne speaker.

Would love a pair of these, or maybe 7-speaker surround sound, but pointed outward in a circle. I just wanna see solid ground react like water from the shockwave.
